Union Home Minister reviews MHA budget utilization
Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh reviewed the expenditure made by the Ministry of Home Affairs during the first six months of this financial year. MHA has utilized over 47% of the plan expenditure during April-to-September, 2015 as out of Rs.8554 crore budget, MHA has utilized Rs.4042 crore.
MHA’s budget utilization under Plan Head has increased from 17.73% in 2011-12 to 32.11% in 2014-15 and 47.25% in the current financial year, during the first six months of the respective financial years.
