Forensic Science in Countering Crime against Women
The Directorate of Forensic Science Services, Ministry of Home Affairs, the nodal agency for promotion and growth of Forensic Science, is organizing the 23rd All India Forensic Science Conference during 23-24 March, 2015 at Bhopal. This 2-day conference will be attended by about 400 delegates from all over India and abroad.
During the Conference, experts in forensic science and scientists of the Forensic Science Laboratories will present talks on Forensic Science related topics and issues. Theme of the Conference is “Forensic Science in Countering Crime against Women”.
The Conference will be inaugurated by Shri Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs on March 23, 2015. Shri Babu Lal Gaur, Home Minister of Madhya Pradesh will grace the occasion.
Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh will deliver the Presidential Address during the Valedictory function on March 24, 2015. The Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh will give the Valediction Address on the occasion and also lay the Foundation Stone of new CFSL Bhopal.
