The Union Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh spoke to the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri Siddaramaiah over phone today, and enquired about the assault on three North Eastern students in Bangalore yesterday.
The Chief Minister of Karnataka informed the Union Home Minister that the police responded quickly and arrested all those who were involved in attacking the North Eastern students.
Shri Rajnath Singh said that there should be no discrimination against anyone in our country on the basis of caste, religion creed or sect.
