DG Level BSF-BGB Boredr Co-Ordination Conference 22nd -27th Dec 2015 at Dhaka, Bangladesh
A six day Bi-annual Director General level Border co-ordination meeting between Border Security Force (BSF) and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) will be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh from tomorrow. A 20 Member BSF Delegation will be headed by Shri D K Pathak, DG, BSF and BGB delegation will be headed by Maj. Gen. Aziz Ahmed, DG, BGB.
The BSF will raise various issues including trans-border crimes, smuggling of Fake Indian Currency Notes, activities of Indian insurgents groups based in Bangladesh, prevention of illegal migration and trafficking of women and children. The meeting will also deliberate upon Co-ordinated Border Management plan (CBMP) and various confidence building measures (CBM).
