Visited the landslide hit Malin village in Ambegaon Taluka of Pune district today and took an overview of the ongoing rescue efforts carried out by NDRF and other government agencies.
I express my deep condolences to the bereaved families. The Central government has assured full central assistance in carrying out the relief and rescue operations.
The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is releasing Rs.2.00 lakhs to the families of the deceased person from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund which will be in addition to the assistance under National Disaster Response Fund (NDRF) and State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF).
