Home Minister speaks to Kerala CM on law and order situation, expresses concern.
In wake of ensuing tension in Kerala following the political violence that took place on July 29, Home Minister Rajnath Singh expressed his deep concern and spoke to the Chief Minister of Kerala regarding the law and order situation in the state.
In series of tweets he said, “Spoke to Kerala CM Shri Pinrayi Vijayan today regarding the recent incidents of political violence in the state. I have expressed my concern with the law and order situation in the state of Kerala. Political violence is unacceptable in a democracy”.
Strongly condemning the incident, Home Minister Rajnath Singh further added in his tweet, “I expect that the political violence in Kerala is curbed and that the perpetrators are brought to justice expeditiously.
