LUCKNOW: Development of road and improvement of airport infrastructure, controlling Naxal menace, child welfare programmes, release of Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA) and modernisation of police force will be among the issues in focus during the 20th meeting of Central Zonal Council to be held here on Monday.
