Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh begins three-day tour of border areas today Sep 21, 2015 .
Days after the confrontation in Burtse, Ladakh, Home Minister Rajnath Singh will undertake his first visit to the border areas on Monday. During the three-day trip, Singh is first expected to visit forward areas along the borders with Pakistan and then China, including Chumar in eastern Ladakh, which saw a fortnight-long stand-off between Indian and Chinese troops a year ago.
