SRINAGAR: Separatist Masarat Alam, controversially released from prison last month, has been arrested again this morning in Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Two days ago, his supporters waved Pakistani flags at a rally and the police allege that video recordings show Masarat Alam encouraging them.
