Rajnath to inspect Bangla enclaves Mar 30, 2015 .
KOLKATA: Union home minister Rajnath Singh will be at Cooch Behar on Tuesday to inspect enclaves before the land boundary bill is tabled in the Parliament for exchanging enclaves between India and Bangladesh, but officials felt it will take time as enclave residents will have an opportunity to opt for switching their nationality with land swap.
