GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has alleged that Union home minister Rajnath Singh’s comment that the term ‘secular’ was not in the original Constitution and that it was incorporated later was a clear indication of BJP’s designs of establishing a ‘Hindu Rashtra’.
