Rajnath Singh to lay foundation stone of new CFSL 27 November 2014 .
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will lay the foundation stone for the construction of a new state-of-the-art Central Forensic Science Laboratory complex, at Palasbari near here on November 29.
