Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will be the Chief Guest and the Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju will be the Guest of Honour on the occasion of 11th Formation Day of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), the Apex Policy Body for Disaster Management in India, on Sept 28 at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
