NEW DELHI: Home minister Rajnath Singh assured Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal of cooperation from the police in implementing the odd-even formula to limit the number of private cars on the roads in the city from January 1, while listing nine points that shall be incorporated in the policy being formulated to reduce pollution in the Capital.
