Going all out to expand and consolidate the BJP’s votebank in politically crucial Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Rajnath Singh will be holding massive membership drives in a couple of days in their respective parliamentary constituencies. While Mr Modi is set to hold the membership drive in Varanasi on Christmas day (December 25), the home minister will organise it in Lucknow on December 27.
