Union home minister Rajnath Singh told Parliament on Thursday the Gurdaspur attack was clearly linked to Pakistan, and three terrorists had infiltrated from there to carry out the strike, asserting the government will do everything possible to prevent cross-border terrorism. Pakistan, however, rejected this as “baseless”, and said such “provocative” comments were a threat to regional peace and security.
