Over 300 Projects Pending With Railways for Various Reasons, Says Rajnath Singh November 27, 2015 .
New Delhi: The railways target of doubling 12,000 kms of existing corridors in the next five years, has been termed as “aggressive” by the transport advisor, who also said that more than 300 projects are still pending with it due to a lack of resources and other constraints.
