Eyeing Dalit voters, BJP president Amit Shah and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh would formally launch the Assembly poll campaign in Bihar on Tuesday — the 125th birth anniversary of B R Ambedkar. They would be addressing party workers, being drawn from over 62,000 booths across the state.
