Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said it was unfortunate that an obstructive opposition is preventing a willing External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj from giving a statement in the House on the ‘baseless’ allegations levelled against her with regard to her involvement in facilitating the clearance of travel documents linked to former IPL czar Lalit Modi.
