NEW DELHI: Home Minister Rajnath Singh remains the officially designated Number 2 in the Modi government. Cabinet Secretary Ajit Kumar Seth had issued an order on April 9, saying all urgent matters would be put up to Singh during the prime minister’s week-long absence from the country.
