New Delhi: Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday said India has adopted a wait and watch policy on the arrest of India’s most wanted terrorist and underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Singh’s comments came after western intelligence agency caught Ibrahim on tape while he was speaking to associates in Dubai regarding a property deal.
