India wants Russia’s help to corner Pakistan, ISIS activity 7 Sep, 2015 .
NEW DELHI: India has asked Russia for technical help in monitoring ISIS activity on the internet with Home Minister Rajnath Singh describing the threat from ISIS as a matter of “serious concern”, a departure from his earlier stand of downplaying the ISIS threat to India.
