Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today asked Pakistan to “seriously rethink” its strategy of using terrorism as an instrument of proxy war, saying this will “significantly” improve the security situation in South Asia besides being in its own national interest. Inaugurating an International Counter-Terrorism Conference, Singh said Pakistan should understand that there are no good or bad terrorists.
