MUMBAI: Maharashtra Revenue Minister Eknath Khadse today said he has written to the Ministry of External Affairs, the Union Home Minister and the Maharashtra Chief Minister, seeking a thorough probe into the allegations that he received phone calls from fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
