Centre seeks comments from govts February 20, 2015
The Union home ministry has written to the state governments of Punjab and UT of Chandigarh seeking fresh comments on the mercy plea filed on behalf of Balwant Singh Rajoana, sentenced to death in the Beant Singh assassination case.
