Centre Asks J and K Government to Challenge Alam Bail 13th March 2015 .
NEW DELHI:Even as the release of hard-line separatist Masarat Alam on the orders of J&K Chief Minister Mufti Muhammed Sayeed has snowballed into a political controversy, the Centre on Thursday asked the Jammu and Kashmir Government to pursue all the 27 criminal cases lodged against Alam. Disclosing this, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said in a statement in the Lok Sabha that the BJP-NDA Government had issued an advisory to Mufti Government to challenge the bail orders in all the cases registered against Alam.
