HYDERABAD: With the demand for invoking Section 8 of the AP Reorganisation Act taking centrestage following the cash-for-vote scam, the Union Home Ministry on Thursday summoned Governor of AP and Telangana States ESL Narasimhan for an important meeting in Delhi on Friday.
