BJP readies hi-tech poll campaign in Bihar 12 August, 2015 .
Elated by the success of two electoral rallies addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bihar, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has organised ‘Parivartan Yatra’, a high-tech election campaign, from four different places in Bihar, calling for a change in the state.
