Arvind Panagariya appointed vice-chairman of NITI Aayog Jan 6, 2015 .
NEW DELHI: The government on Monday appointed Columbia University professor and eminent economist Arvind Panagariya as vice-chairman of NITI Aayog which will replace the 65-year old Planning Commission.
