Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh hails RSS on its Centenary, calls it a pillar of nation-building  

As the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) enters its 100th year, Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh extended his heartfelt greetings to all RSS volunteers. In a tweet, RM stated that the 100 years of the RSS are not just the journey of an organization, but an inspiring saga of nation-building.

He praised the RSS for empowering the nation by instilling values like character, discipline, unity, and service in society. Highlighting the consistent presence of RSS volunteers during natural disasters, social crises, and nation-building efforts, Raksha Mantri lauded their spirit of service, dedication, and organization.

RM further emphasized that cultural pride, social harmony, and reverence for the motherland have been the core mission of RSS volunteers. Reflecting on his personal experience, RM mentioned that he is himself a volunteer and feels fortunate to have witnessed the organization’s tradition of service and sacrifice closely.

Shri Rajnath Singh concluded by stating that as RSS steps into its 100th year, it is not merely a recollection of its past but a renewed resolve to build a strong and self-reliant India.
