Raksha Mantri Condoles Shibu Soren’s Demise
Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh extended heartfelt condolences on the demise of former Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Shibu Soren. Calling him one of the most senior leaders of the country, Raksha Mantri said Shibu Soren was counted among those stalwart leaders of Jharkhand who fought their whole life for the rights and empowerment of the weaker sections of the society, especially the tribal society. Remembering Soren’s long acquaintance, RM said he always remained connected to the land and the people.
In a post on ‘X”, RM said, “Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand and one of the most senior leaders of the country, Shri Shibu Soren ji was counted among those stalwart leaders of Jharkhand who fought for the rights and empowerment of the weaker sections of the society, especially the tribal society, throughout his life. He always remained connected to the land and the people. I too had a long acquaintance with him. I am deeply saddened by his demise. My condolences to his family and supporters. Om Shanti!”
